Mia Bella Donna Medspa, meaning My Beautiful Woman in Italian, is focused on providing professional yet personalized aesthetic and wellness services that fit within your busy lifestyle. Our spa is located inside Aesthetic Surgical Arts and is overseen by Joseph C. Camarata M.D., D.M.D., Specializing in Cosmetic surgery of the Face and Body.
We want to make sure that when you walk in to Mia Bella Donna Medspa you realize how dedicated we are to our clients. From the elegant and comforting ambiance to our friendly staff, we want your experience to be exceptional!
General visit Information:
Q. What should I bring to my appointment?
A. All you need to bring is yourself and any questions that you might have. Be prepared to discuss your current daily routine and any recent treatments. We ask that you keep your valuables with you and turn your mobile devices to quiet during your visit.
Q. Do I need to do anything special to prepare?
A. We ask that you arrive at all consultation appointments free of makeup to receive a thorough analysis of your skin.
A. If you are receiving a laser or chemical peel service please discontinue any use of Retin-A, Retinol, acne topical products/medications and/or any irritating topical products, 4 days prior to your appointment.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. For your convenience, we gladly accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Q. Can I bring my children?
A. Our rooms are set up to be comfortable for both the aesthetician and the patient. Children in the room can be a distraction from the relaxing atmosphere of the treatment room. If they are at the appropriate age to be left alone, they are welcome to sit in the waiting area until the treatment is completed.
Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?
A. We do ask that clients are considerate and give a 24 hour cancellation notice, when possible, so that we can fill those appointment times with other waiting clients. Please be aware that there may be a charge along with a credit card number required for future appointments after excessive cancellations or not showing for scheduled appointments.
For all Tuesday evening appointments:
If cancellation is necessary, we ask that you do so by Noon the Friday before, as it is difficult to book these appointments last minute, even from our wait list.
All other appointment times we ask for a 24 hour cancellation courtesy.
After the first time cancelling outside of the time requested we will require a $50 nonrefundable deposit, paid at the time of rescheduling. This $50 will be applied to your service. The second time and thereafter, we will require full price of the service cancelled.
This includes being more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment. We would have to reschedule and it would be considered cancelled.
This cancellation policy applies to all complimentary consultations with Mia Bella Donna Medspa.

Q. Are walk in appointments available or do I have to schedule an appointment?
A. Our day to day schedule is typically very busy; therefore, we do require appointments. With that in mind, please don’t hesitate to call or come in the day of to see if we can squeeze you in.
